Mine is actually still in the box! As much as I love these bags, I'm "saving this for the right bass"... and I don't know exactly why that is.

I know exactly what you mean. I currently have a $65 bass in this $69 gig bag I happened to impulse buy a bass and was looking around for a decent gig bag. I ended up with the Contego. It seems like overkill for my inexpensive bass, but I'm starting to like the irony of the whole thing.
