Cool rock n roll photos

He’s pulling out of what used to be the Tinker St Cafe parking lot in the fourth picture. I used to date a girl that was a dishwasher there. That’s also the first place I ever performed in front of people. I actually had a LOT of firsts in that town. I think the old Cafe is either a photo studio or real estate office now. I love seeing these old shots of Woodstock.

Thanks for sharing that insight. It’s great to hear stories of people who have been there. Part of what makes the interwebs great.

I love Buddy Miles! I have a set of Rogers drums because of this kit on this album cover.

Jammed with Buddy Miles back in the early 90's. Certainly a nice guy and fun to play a musical compatriot of Jimi's. But the guy was way too immersed into the R & R lifestyle to last very long.
