Cool Technique show me yours?

Try using 10ths. Sounds cool on intros and endings. For example... the song you are playing ends on an E chord, instead of just playing an E note, play the E at the 12th fret with your bird finger and simultaneously play the G# at the 13th fret with your pinky. For a E-minor chord subsitiute the g at the 12th fret for the g#.

This works only on fretless basses.....
Play a harmonic, and then press the l.h. finger that you played the harmonic with against the fretboard, and then slide. In this way, the harmonic will slide. You can end up on harmonics, that can't be played on open strings. You will also hear some of the note that is pressed "under"(on fretboard" change pitch.

I guess somebody has done this before me, but it still sounds cool to me...

I don´t know if this can be a technique but if you want to do the Outro for "Know your enemy" and the live hard riff on "People of the sun" without using pedals try slapping or hitting the strings at the last part of the string (after the bridge pickup and before the bridge)
It sounds very cool.
