Yes, Dan did a great job. I should be able to post a review next week after it gets here. I really like the way the ash looks. The grain comes through the finish. Check out the pics in Dan's gallery on his site www.atkinsonbasses.com. You can really see it there. It almost makes me think it would look great without a pickguard. Maybe on the fretless version I'm now contemplating.
