I just bought this pedal plugged it in, but could not turn on the true bypass. I just can not ! Ive changed the battery but the red light does not turn on and im out of ideas. Please help me.

Do you get signal through it even though it is off?
Did you try a power supply instead of a battery?

You could maybe try updating the pedal with new firmware; there's instructions on the TC website how to do it. I've had to do this to the TC pedals I have to make the toneprint communication working.
Please clarify what you mean by 'the bypass does not turn on'. That's very confusing. Do you mean the pedal does not come on when you press the switch?
