cort artisan a4 is it good

I am lookingb at the cort a4 artisan bass. i dont have a lot of knowledge and would like to know if any of you have any knowledge on this bass it would be appreciated thank you

I've never played one, but on paper it seems nice enough. If this is what you want, it's not a bad choice at all. Enjoi!

Keep in mind that any new-in-box instrument will still need to be set up: action, intonation, and neck. Set aside funds for this, as well.

Been own B5 plus in past, if you prefer bright and bite bass tone with less low end, Cort artisan is great choice.

As far as fit and finish go, they're excellent. Very well made basses. I never really cared for the mk1's (and that respective pre) on them, though. In my experience, they're worth it if you're looking for a very well made neck through instrument. Apart from that aspect, they're not that much better than the cheaper, next in line models (the B4), which are also pretty spotless in their own right (and I much preferred the neck on the bolt-on models, to be honest).
