CORT GB75 PUSH/Pull volume problem

Love my Cort natural gb75 5-String but today i plugged it in and the push volume was not working. the pull volume works. i am at a loss to start figuring out the problem.

i changed the battery and opened the back up to look for loose one wires. none found. all other knobs and toggle seem to working fine. attached is the schematic for the controls.

Any help where to start would be great.

to clarify the push volume is the part that is not working.
