crack on body...repair?

Currently looking at an Ibanez RD707 4 string bass thats obviously used, but has a small crack on the body....its on the back pf the bass to the right of the neck(if your looking at the basses backside view, bass standing upright). They only want $100 for it, but claim it plays good and the neck is in good shape. These basses are pretty rare, so it caught my eye. Has a p and j pup config as well....could i repair this pretty easily? Is it worth the buy?

can probably be fixed... depends on the crack and whether or not you have to repair a finish. titebond is not great for fixing cracks unless you can open them up to get the glue into the crack. something that will wick into the crack is a better bet on most repairs where the instrument has not been split in two.
