I see nobody has responded to you, so I will. Save your cash. For a few bucks more, you can have a Behringer EP2500. Lots more power, for hardly any more cash. I use 4 of them in my PA. They work just as hard, and sound as good as any power amp I've ever owned or used.

Agree, they are good, solid amps for PA, but I don't like them for bass ONLY because they are heavy and also bulky (very long front to back) and you need a long rack for em.

If you can deal with the size/weight issue, good amps, though I hate giving Behringer any business. Design thieves...

Most are design thieves, Behringer are just more blatant than others. Hell the Alembic F2B stands for fender twin blackface. Fender couldn't do anything about it cause Leo stole the circuit from the rca book.... The dod od250 and the distortion plus are the same circuit not just similar and how may copies of the tube screamer are there for that matter. The industry has been full of thieves for years. Behringer just makes their stuff look like what it copies and that is what gets them into trouble. I remember someone getting mad about Behringer's active monitors saying that they copied them from Mackie. When Mackie stole the original design from Genelec no one made a fuss. Kinda hypocritical if you ask me. I think if you want a good reason not to like Behringer it is that all of their stuff is made in China by four year olds. Oh, wait, the rest of the industry is doing that now too. Guess we'll just have to hate them for being cheaper huh?

Sorry to rant. Guess I'm feeling feisty:) I really don't even like Behringer all that much aside from their amps which are rips on the qsc rmx stuff. And, yes, they are heavy as hell. They don't copy a lot of the stuff I like but if they made a clone of a Demeter Vtb201 for $150 I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't buy one.
