Double Bass Cudos to Velvet customer support

Guys, i just want to join the choir of joy after being in contact with Velvet strings customer support. Yesterday my D-string broke in the winding and at lunch time i mailed Nuno with some pictures. Barely five minutes later he answer and asked for my adress. It ships today and hopefully all is back to normal by monday/tuesday. I can't imagine how customer support could be better.

Tony, im sorry but i really just can answer to the emails that reach me, i dont really know what happened but i never received your mails... i didnt log in Talkbass i guess for 7 monthes now, but i answer daily, or at least the next day if you'll write to [email protected].
i was checking at the junk mail if i had any email from you, but honestly cant find it. please feel free to email me and ill try to help you the best i can

I'm really sorry Tony, i dont know what might have happened, for various reasons, im not around at talkabass anymore, in fact i log in just to answer you... usually i try to answer emails the same day, sometimes might take a day or 2 if im travelling..
please let m eknow if you will need something else.
you can also try [email protected] if you dont hear from me in 2 days.
