New issue happen on a month old Ernie ball Cobalt flatwound bass string again......

Just like me, i believe some of you guys been meet rusty and string snap / break issue on this nice sounding flatwound bass string.

Since i been experience string snap on Eb 2814 set twice, i handle this flatwound bass string carefully while install, make sure no twist the string, make sure nut slot are well files, focus on each string winding process , also need watching the ball end slowly sit well on bridge....... damn..... a bunch of tedious operations just because simple bass string install !

Once success install , confirm that entire bass string sound freshing crisp and no intonation issue , i am just look like a guy who win a lottery myself..... like a guys who need thanks to god!

But, don't be happy tooooooo early..... the cursed slowly close to me with no sign...... until i found the D string suddenly sound wimpy lifeless..... just in a month.

I rarely play this bass, never bring out from my practice room for open air show or what.... string has fresh condition look, no GHS fastfret apply need yet, i left it in my practice room just about a week , then i found the problem couple days ago.

Already email EB customer service and waiting they lift the curse.......
