I have a Moses 5string neck, which they say will fit either an MM SR5 or a G&L 5. I have elctronics from an L-2500. I want a rear routed Jazz body, swamp ash, for the above guts. Who to call??

Mayhaps I should have stated that AFAIK, Warmoth doesn't do G&L neck routes, and this is more narrow than the deluxe 5, so their bodies are out.
Just get them:

Warmoth will do this, but you gotta catch Ken in a good mood. Also, when I had it done, I had to send the neck otherwise they would not guarantee a good fit. It ain't cheap, but they did an outstanding job with a nice snug neck pocket. I would definitely give them a call.
