D&A Guitar Stands

Just wanted to give a heads up for what I consider to be a great product, and a company that's truly a class act. Don't know if anyone has mentioned them on other threads.

I've been using one of these Gigstands for a couple of years now. I previously used Hercules, and while they're sturdy and hold my basses securely, the foam stuff they use for padding deteriorates in a surprisingly short amount of time. And that means scratches and dings...Tried to get replacements through Hercules support, and, guess what? Not available. Gotta buy a new stand. And they're kind of pricey.

The Gigstand folds up into a neat little triangle that fits into the backpack pouch of my Mono case. It unfolds into a sturdy stand that has a tiny footprint. The company calls them "simply the best guitar stands." I think that's accurate. They offer some other, more traditional-type hanging stands as well but for the price point, I think you can't beat the Gigstand.

Recently, I ordered a second to have around the house, and had to call the company because of a shipping problem. They were courteous, polite and couldn't have been more helpful.
