Double Bass D Z Strad bow

Hi, wonder if anyone knows about this bow from D Z Strad? I'm planning to get this carbon fiber from them.

I don't know anything specific about the bow, but I found an eBay listing that'll save you 23 bucks:

I have had a mess of a time with them after a relative got me one as a gift from Amazon. Within 5min of playing, the hair pulled loose from the frog rendering the bow unplayable. I unscrewed the frog only to find that the "carbon" doesn't look that way at all. It is pretty clear that the bow had a thin carbon-weave layer over what was probably a wood (or possibly brown fiberglass) bow. I am still in the process of returning it. I wouldn't even have considered their bow, but they were listed as a seller for another well reviewed bow on Amazon. The one they send was labeled with DZ Strad's label, not the one listed in the listing and the picture.

Does Don Zebrauskus make DZ Strad bows or is he another DZ. My searches are not definitive.

They are located in White plains NY, if that's any help. My guess (only a guess) is that there less expensive bows are made in China
