Does any body know how people are able to run multiple amp,I.E. flea runs 3 GKs simultaneously. Do they split the signal with a pedal, if so then wouldn't they have signal loss from each split. Or do they "daisy chain" the amps and if so how do they do that?

Cascading works for one preamp and multiple power amps.

Another approach is to use a splitter with a buffer to send multiple instrument level signals to the preamp input of each amp (which you may want to do if you are running a clean and dirty rig or similar contraption).

A Radial JD-V or JD-7 is an example of a quality buffered splitter. A buffered splitter prevents signal degradation when splitting and distributing the signal that comes directly out of the bass.
