Daisy chaining two cabs.

I have a question regarding daisy chaining two cabs.

I have (2) LDS 8 ohm cabs with two speakon jacks each.

On the head I'm using, one of the two speakon outputs is cracked and I haven't fixed it yet.

Could I use one output into cab one, use the second jack as an output into cab two for a full range 4 ohm load?

Or is that now how it works?

Thanks, I tried it at a very low volume and everything seemed okay. Just wanted to hear what you amp gurus had to say.

This will be a one-gig solution, waiting for my new connector to come.

+1 daisy chaining or each cab to the head separately the result is a parallel connection and in your case a 4 ohm load.
