Dano Fab Chorus - that's the ticket!

I play bass in a Tom Petty tribute, and I've been looking for a suitable chorus pedal so I can add some texture and airyness to a couple of slower songs, namely Breakdown and It's Good To Be King. I've got a Boss CEB-3 Bass Chorus, but I don't like how it seems to forget that I have a low E string. I was thinking of trying a regular guitar chorus pedal, one with just a Rate and Depth knobs. So just on a lark I tried a Dano Fab chorus I have laying around collecting dust, and what do you know? It sounds great, and every string has the chorus effect! Guess my search is over! Now I'll bring it to rehearsal and give it a try and make adjustments to both speed, depth and mix. BTW that's what rehearsals are also for - not just practicing songs, but also as a "proving ground" for new gear.

Dano pedals are all funky cool sleepers and usually extreme bargains. Cannot tell you the number of guitar players using a Daddy-O at my insistence.
Bandmate of mine is about to push the button on a Dan vintage tape echo or a Dan reel echo for his uke, I think a Boss Space Echo was the lead contender until I suggested he try a Dan or two out ..(don't actually own any Dans myself but remember being blown away by a Dan Trem pedal a mate of mine had a few years back, INSTANT Link Wray!! And cheaper than bus fare!!)
