Dark glass tone capsule - high mid not working

So I have a dark glass tone capsule that I’m installing in my Sterling stingray 5HH.

I finished up the wiring today, - I have the low and high mid going to one stacked concentric pot and the bass is as is. When I plugged it in I could control bass and low mid but high mid seems to be making no noticeable difference. I tried used the bass pot and plug on the high mid and got the same… nothing.

Really confused because it’s new from dark glass directly and my wiring has been checked many times.

Any thoughts?advice ?

Do you have the black/white/red wires on the pot in the right orientation? Those solderless connectors just dont work sometimes. Turn all the controls up and wiggle the connectors to see if one of them is loose. Check that enough insulation is stripped off the wires going to the set screw terminals- i would solder them to the back side anyway. Plug your stacked pot into different spots on the board and see if its a problem with the actual preamp or the pot or cable. Check that the stacked pot is working with a multimeter. If all else fails email Darkglass and see what they say

Hello. Im having the same issue. despite replacing the pot and darkglass sending a new pcb. anyone break through with a solution?
