so this is just bummer.

i am a fan of darkglass have many pedals now, alpha omega- element- microtubes bk7 and the compressor

had a few issues with the element and the interface but was able to work things out.

Now this.... i reserved the unit on Dic 2021 on Guitar Center and got it shipped and delivered on Jan. I was supper exited to finally get it and try it out with my mesa boogie 15 8oms but oh after a few weeks of just room practice i started to use it in a bit longer periods (instead of just practice in my room around 30 mins )

i started to notice that it was turning off by it self, i tried changing the power cord, even the power extension or checking my power conditioner furman

after digging a bit i just noticed that i wasn't the fist one on having this issue so i tried contacting Darkglass support....and well good luck on that.

haven't heard from them....

tried contacting Guitar Center and they said they couldn't do anything because the 45 return days was over and that i had to tried contacting the manufacturer.

Now i just have to wait for Darkglass to maybe someday answer or something.... :/

Update: they finally answered they took care of me directly, told them about the issue that the fan wasn't working or something they asked for videos and photos, send me a pre paid label to shipt it and they shipped me a new one super fast. And i am moooore than happy with it.

It is a beast of a amp head.

Hope this helps i contacted via email with details of purchase and told them that there's more people having the same issues.

Darkglass will take care of you.

Quick trouble shoot, what speaker cable are you using?
Are the connectors Neutrik?

Cheap/knock off Speakon connectors can have intermittent play or just cut out causing issues.

Be patient, Darkglass will take care of you.
I'm using speakon cables, checked my power conditioner, changed the power cables for my rockboard power cords, tried with my ampeg 8x10 and with my mesa boogie 15' just to make sure it wasn't my cabs or anything and still had the same issues.

It was the fan that wasn't working and turning on properly and in the new vent window it is open straight to the board and transistors inside. Took around 2 weeks to get everything.

I had a fan issue with my tiny GK MB200 , the fan stopped working , and then the ICE power chip had to be replaced because the fan wasn’t working.
So it’s good the amp was shutting down , and really good to hear Darkglass stepped up and made it good.
(or good ,good , good …as they sometimes say here)
