Darkglass Microtubes 500v2 screeching/static noise issue

I've just purchased a second hand Darkglass Microtubes 500v2. When plugging it into my can it works good for about 10 minutes and then an awful screeching/static/interference kind of sound starts happening. I've tried all new cables, speaker cables and a different amp into the speakers and it is 100% the darkglass. The owner said he has only played it at home no more than 10-20 hours max. Never gigged. He bought it brand new in 2022 and when received it is in perfect condition.
I really liked the sound I was getting out of it and want it to work.
Any suggestions what could be happening?

If you aren't using any pedals, and you have tried it with a different bass, it sounds like there is something wrong with the amp. Factory authorized service is my recommendation, or return it if the seller won't help with the cost of a proper repair.
