Is it possible to put a darkstar into a Fender P Bass without having a luthier doing it/routing? Like can I take the pbass, take the darkstar, wire it up and stick it in?

Depends on the luthiers in your area. It never hurts to make some calls. It would help to know how much routing would need to be done. Drop an email to Fred Hammon (Darkstar designer) to ask him for this info.

problem...lol there are no luthiers in my area...Hong Kong really doesnt have a great pallate of luthiers...so i might be looking to outsource this work...anyone know any good luthiers? (for a reasonable cost i mean...not lookin to send it to a super pro lol)

There's no particular luthiery skill involved. I find it hard to beleive there's not a skilled woodworker in HK that can make a template and accurately rout out a rectangle.

Any competent luthier can do the routing and installation. It's routine. Even in Hong Kong. Don't assume. Ask around.
Typical cost for this should be around $75 U.S.

if you can find a competent woodworker in HongKong, drop me an e-mail. I'll send to you with a step-by-step for your woodworker to follow so that they can work the installation for you.

it's a simple job for someone to do if the have a drillpress (pillar drill) and a router
