Dating 1970 P Bass

Hi,
Can someone confirm that this is a the neck pocket from a 1970 P Bass?
Neck is stamped NOV 70 with five holes on the neck back. A strange sixth hole in the neck pocket, one strange stamp and paint stick mark (no inspectors name or written marks).
Original pots are changed, but they say 66. Serial is from 69, but can also be early 70s.

Only thing that bothers me is the less of marks in the neck pocket and one hole more than it should be.

I don't remember how many holes are in the body of my '70, but if you are telling me that is a 1970 P bass, I don't see anything that makes me want to question that.

I'm not sure if that's a hole, could also be a knot in the wood.

Yeah, one of the first things CBS did after they took over in 66 was buy a truck load of pots. About 5 years worth. They got a bulk discount.

That's a 70 neck pocket. I've owned about eight that looked identical. Good find!
