I don't think I want to know what took place before his death. What an embarrassment for his family.

I know it's hard for the family if it truly was Auto-erotic asphyxiation. I had a co-worker that lost a teenager this way.
It's very hard for the family to answer even well meaning questions, b/c the death is usually classified as suicide and obviously these kinds of deaths are very misunderstood.
It's a lesson both to respect the privacy of others, and also to realize the very real danger of AEA and similar activities like the "choking game".
My best wishes to the family.

I find myself conflicted watching the twists and turns this thing has taken. On one hand, I think it must be sad to live a life where it takes such extreme measures to, um, gratify yourself. It seems unseemly that a 72 year old man is mixed up in this nonsense.
And yet........ Isn't it kinda cool? That a guy is this full throttle? That at 72 he hasn't just shut it down and is coasting to the finish line? I don't know..........

You know, even the worst one I've had was really pretty good. I don't know why anyone would want to resort to that.
