For Fender, as with many manufacturers, the non-sale price (crossed off) is what you would expect to see as the advertised minimum at any retail dealers.
In the U.S. it is OK for manufacturers to set a minimum advertised price. (That's not the case in some other countries.) Fender dealers cannot advertise anything for a lower price. (That's not to say they can't off other incentives.) The non-discounted price you see on the Fender site is the same everywhere else. That is to say, it is the price on which you can judge the value of the discount.
Fender can, and has discounted items that don't show up as being discounted at other places. Apparently the minimum advertises price only applies to non-discount pricing?
I recently purchased an amp direct from Fender that was deeply discounted. (Cyber-Monday sale) I checked the usual on-line stores and they did not show the same deal.
So if one of these items listed is something you want, chances are this is as good as it gets. But to be sure, check your other favorite stores. If you get the same deal, go with them. I found that Fender shipping times are long compared to others. Even if accounting for holiday shipping slowdowns.
