Deadline for leaving Ebay feedback?

Does anyone know how late you can leave feedback on Ebay after an auction ends? I want to leave some negative feedback to a seller who didn't follow through on a repair for a piece of equipment I purchased but don't want to receive negative feedback myself. I figure if I wait until the last minute, he won't be able to do the same (not that I deserve it).

Its 90 days they say, but ive had it avalible for longer im sure.
