I have done zero upgrades on the bass. I can't seem to find any passive pickups that would fit in it. Does anyone know what would fit in the pickup route?

I have wondered about that bass before, the pickup seems to be an odd size. What are the exact measurements of the pickup cavity? (or at least the pickup)
Perhaps Bartolini might have something in that size. They seem to have a lot of different size options...
You could also try pull out the pickup and see if perhaps you can remove the pickup cover. Then you may be able to fit a different pickup inside that cover? Or just make/order a custom cover and try fitting other pickups in.
