Dell makes a great product. Almost every job I've had since I left Apple has bought Dell servers, workstations and laptops. Never seen any major issues that weren't user error.
If ever I don't build my own PC, it'll be a Dell.

We bought 30 dell computers about 3 years ago where I work. Every single one of them needed a hard drive replaced and 2/3 of them needed new motherboards.
