A bach tune is good method to practice with a metronome, i recorded a piece myself practicing it yesterday, here's the link,

Buy a digital recorder and record your band rehearsals, practice, noodling, everything, really. Actually knowing what you sound like objectively can help a lot in finding and fixing problems.

I do that and boy some of that stuff will make you cringe when at the time, I thought I was tearin' it up.

I think I just had one of those moments.

I would focus on the problem. if your problem is to hold the same right hand consistency along the time, just practice to improve that aspect. Play 8th, 16th notes during 10 minutes without stop or until you feel your muscles are burning..
