Did I get the wrong switch?

I ordered an Alpha 3 way rotary switch for my SBMM Stingray shorty (not from 920D, it’s just attached to one of their templates), and noticed that it’s missing some terminals compared to the original and I’m not going to be able to wire it like the original. Can I make this work or do I need to order something else?

Are the 4 terminals in the colored highlight connected to anything?:

Ah, ok, thank you. Didn't look connected to me, just wanted to make sure. And this is good news, so, YAY! And thanks for the pics and diagram.

The original switch has 4 pole contacts, but only 3 are being used. The new switch has 3 pole contacts, so it looks like just shifting the wires over to the new switch should get you back in action.

Each pole, and it's 3 associated throws, are usually grouped like I've marked (triangle = pole, dot = throw). Just transfer the wiring over, preferably one wire at a time.

I hope that helps.
