I HATE that I am even considering doing this. I LOVE this bass. But I have been doing a fair bit of work for the past year for a client at a reduced rate on spec for a potentially large payoff down the road. I am also committed to procuring Health Insurance this January (OUCH!!) and getting all of the old man screenings and other maintenence work done in the new year that I have been otherwise putting off for years. I realize that to bridge myself to a timeframe where I can see a big payoff, I need to reduce expenses and probably should free up some cash. I HATE being responsible. Also, I'm not gigging much at the moment, so I don't really NEED two gorgeous basses, at least not for the next six months to a year.
I've had this AB1 since January of 2017, and it is as close to mint as a used bass can get. I can't find a single ding, scratch, dimple, or other blemish anywhere (I'll keep looking).
The top is maple burl, the color is my FAVORITE Whalepool Blueburst, the neck is wenge and has gorgeous grain, it has luminlay side dots, alder body, Glock preamp, and FD3 pickups. The action is low, and it is wearing Dingwall Stainless Steel strings. I have had numerous compliments from the ladies on this one. Under strong stage lighting, it appears almost luminescent (Bottom pic was taken under really strong light). It plays and sounds as awesome as it looks.

The price includes shipping in CONUSA. I don't have a Dingwall gig bag, but I do have a leather Warwick bag in which to ship it. Please PM me with any questions you may have.
PS I will try to post some additional closeup pics tomorrow if the sun comes out to highlight the grain. I thought I had some somehwere, but can't seem to locate them at the moment.
