Selling my beautiful Dingwall Afterburner 5 neck. Wenge with Ziricote fingerboard. Comes with original Dingwall Hipshot hardware as well.
Here's the deal:
I sent my bass body across the county for a refinish. Body was shipped back to me after completion, but then FedEx lost it in transit. It's been 3.5 months and they cannot locate it. Needless to say, I'm shaking my head.
Consequently, I am selling the neck to help fund an NG3 replacement (not really a replacement) purchase.
I'm attaching photos of the neck from all angles, along with a screenshot of my bass with neck attached and the FedEx notice that the bass body got lost in California. I'm a legit seller with excellent feedback and realize Dingwall necks are not typically sold solo.
In any event, if you own an AB1, AB2 or ABZ with a Maple neck and want to add a Wenge neck to your beast, now is your chance - without buying an entire bass. Ziricote is akin to a Rosewood, but firmer. This particular board is just gorgeous.
Let me know if you have questions. Price includes shipping CONUS...via UPS. I won't ever use FedEx again.
Thanks for checking it out...
Jason
