Sooo I have this conundrum, I’ve been thinking about swapping the necks of my Dingwall SJ5’s. I’d like to hear some feedback from fellow TB’ers. Do you think it would affect the resell price of the bass?

Pic 2 for me although I'm not a big fan of either neck with those basses. As to your value question, it will hurt the resale value IMO.
I personally would be very reluctant to buy one with a swapped neck unless it was a necessary replacement that you obtained from the manufacturer.
Honestly I like both. Personally, if I were in your situation and there was one of the two combinations I preferred above all else, that choice would come before a price consideration. But if you have to resell one, I guess you'll have to say you swapped the neck with another. Some buyers do not care, others might ask you to lower the price. It's hard to predict, but it's better to consider it anyway, IMHO.
