Details

Dingwall Super PJ in Sonic Blue. I purchased this from Bass Buddah (Denmark) in March of 2021....didn't want to wait the 18-24 months build time. Link to the website & specs; Bass Buddha

The ONLY trade considered is a Fender Custom Shop Jazz, or CS P/J. Passive. Prefer 60’s, or 70’s style. I’m extremely picky when it comes to color. Please do not make any other trade offers!!

Spec's per Bass Buddah's website.

THE most comfortable bass I've ever played. Perfect neck IMHO. Weighs in at a whopping 7.8 pounds. Comes with the original Dingwall premium gig bag. Why would I consider selling you ask.....100% my tonal preference. Looking for more of a "traditional" P/J tone, and not the more "modern" tone. I end up only utilizing the Split-P solo'd 100% of the time.....which is killer BTW. Thus why this is a very difficult decision.

Dead mint save for a tiny indentation on the top side of the neck. I tried to capture it, but it difficult to see. It arrived in this condition. Took me a bit to even notice it.

PayPal F & F preferred. Will split shipping CONUS only.

Is the P Routed in a way that you can do a Reverse P? With a new pick guard of course.

Honestly not sure. I’ve never removed the PG to take a look.

Nut; 42 mm – 1.65″ (This is incorrect. It definitely has a 1.5 "Jazz" neck).
Regarding the nut width, the Dingwall measurement is NOT directly across the neck, as you would expect with all other basses, because of the fanned frets. The measurement is along the slanted nut itself. Give it a try!

Makes sense. By far the most comfortable neck I have ever played. Perfect IMHO.

Wow, what a cool take on a PJ. And the pickup selection options seem like they'd give you a ton of tonal options.
