I have been having a couple display problems in the last days. Am I the only one? For example, the icons in the text editor are all gone:

Other issues, I have the feeling some stuff is being displayed differently from before, e.g. the Supporting Member/Commercial User/etc are displayed without color gradient and maybe without the same colors as before?

I can't see your smiley in either style, retro or default.

In default style, I can see the editor icons, but I am not sure the rest is displayed correctly, here's a screenshot of this thread:

My browser is latest Firefox, Windows 7, this is my home connection, nothing particular.

updated Firefox to 40.0.2 (was 40.0), made sure flash and java are at latest versions, disabled all firefox plugins, no luck

Thank you for the detailed info! My hypothesis is that you're somehow unable to download various style elements from our content delivery network (which is supposed to speed up delivery of such things around the world). Things like the smiley's, editor icons, gradients, etc are all loaded from the content delivery network. The editor icons in the default style are not loaded from the CDN, which is why you're able to see them.

Can I get you to click on this link: http://cdn1.talkbass.com/styles/default/xenforo/xenforo-smilies-sprite.png and tell me what you see? Do you get any kind of error, or can you see the smilies?

Edit: The odd thing though is that avatars are loaded from the CDN too, and you obviously can see avatars... Let me try purging the cache at the CDN and let's see if this helps.

It's all looking good now. Editor icons are back, gradients too, and I can see the smilies at that url. Looks like your cache purge did it!
