Do LaBella 760FS Feel Tacky to You?

I put some on my P bass at the beginning of the year and overall I've really enjoyed them. I noticed that sometimes they seem to "grip" my plucking fingers more than other brands of strings. Will this change as I get used to them or is it a characteristic of the strings? I can feel the friction in my fretting hand but it's not a big deal.

Perhaps it's my skin oil reacting with them? In the past as an acoustic guitar player I wore strings out within 12 hours due to my sweat.

La Bella flats, the way they're finished to a glassy smooth surface, tend to get sticky with moisture - whether playing them with sweaty hands or playing in a humid weather. At least that's my experience with them. It would be a good idea to keep a soft dry cloth handy to wipe them down every so often.
