Do you ever...

Do you ever feel that you are not connected with you body, more like floating around it, watching yourself?

I get this feeling daily, sometimes for the whole day at a time, I find it really cool and yet eerie. It's like I'm in a long dream, but yet awake.

Or am I just an oddball?

Boy do I have something to tell you! haha

I sort of kept track of it all, and it was about a couple of weeks ago. I genuinely cannot recall ever feeling that mentally and physically strange in a long time.

Everything seemed almost surreal for that time (which lasted about 4-5 days) as if I was living in a constant out-of-body experience.

I found myself having to constantly re-check to make sure what I just saw was real and actually happened. Seeing and feeling was no longer enough and my mind starts questioning everything.

Eventually I became very paranoid that people were watching me constantly and I got very self-conscious for this reason.

I also had some weird physical symptoms like a large and constant headache, lightheadedness, dizziness, a lack of hunger and slight nausea.

Sometimes throughout it all I thought it had gone away, but then I would realize it didn't. I kept track of a lot of it because I knew once it went away I would no longer understand it really. And it did happen to just go away after a while, but it was certainly one of the most odd feelings I have ever had.

Cool, Ya, I know exactly what you mean too, the weird, annoying headache, and lack of hunger is definably there, and the lightheaded feeling is the most prevalent for sure, I feel it right now, and it's really odd.

Do you also get some weird memory lapses as well, or sometimes you can't figure out what is going on around you, or fail to notice the extremely obvious? Also I get a somewhat tunneled sight, and can't hear things properly unless I'm looking at what's producing the sound.

What you're describing is actually a very basic form of astral travel. Learning to work with it can open a whole new world for you. Just be careful not to drift too far from your body unless you know you can get back quickly, because it's extremely disorienting to be snapped out of this reverie before your soul gets back. Do some research. It's pretty amazing.
