Do you know what this bass is?

A good friend of mine from another forum asked me what it is worth. It is a basic barn find. His uncle bought it around 1970 and it has been in a closet the last 30 years. He also has the case and it is in good shape. I believe he might be selling it on Reverb soon.

Nice find! There are currently two of them on Reverb at $1800 and $2000. Don't take the production year at face value, though - the 1968 model is serial number 3135 and the 1970 is 2015. Probably not a quick sale at those prices, but possibly worth hanging on to until the right buyer comes along. These are rare.
