Got a pic? I beleive that Panasonic/Technics OEMed a lot of stuff for Sears, Montgomery Ward, and other department stores in the late 70s and early 80s.

The belt then went all the way around the platter, right? I may be wrong but that looks like an OEM Panasonic/Technics table from the mid 70s to me. I would go to Needle Doctor Link Removed and ask them if they can recommend a belt. I'll bet that they can find one for you. That is a fine turntable if you can get it working. What kind of condition is the stylus in? If it's unknown, replace it - needle doctor should have the replacement. It looks like a fairly common Shure cartridge.There was a belt in it, because it was there when I took it apart the first time, but it was all stretched and in bad shape. When I picked it up, it broke in a couple of places. I threw it out without thinking I'd need it later.
When I move the arm, the little pin (in the bottom left part of the round section in the last picture) spins. The belt was attached to that.
