I'm getting really into the synthy kind of sounds, and jonesing for a Meatbox. My amp is a Fender Rumble 60 (60 watts, 12" speaker). Do I need a better amp & cab before I can utilize suboctave pedals?

why not tubes? thanksA regular octave pedal like an OC2 will be fine with a small amp and can be plenty synthy. The meatbox really needs a big solid amp to translate.
why not tubes? thanks
Thanks guys. Kinda what I figured.
Aside from the sub-octave stuff, the Rumble 60 covers my home needs perfectly. If I was gonna upgrade to get into utilizing something like the Meatbox, how big do I need to go?
