i like the song but tabs for obscure bands from that era are not plentiful.....hmm,they be scotsmen,.........
I couldn't find a tab for this either.. But by no means would I call this band obscure, this song is a hit. Still not surprised though, a good portion of songs don't have bass tabs online. For every 500 guitarists, you get a bassist, you do the math on people writing tabs. 
It's a very nice song and bassline.

I have been trying to find this tab for a while - thank you for the post. Since I am both new to the bass and a 4 string player, can you clarify the system you have used - for example, the first bar shows the 7 between the top line and 5nd line - does that represent the G(4th) or D(3rd) string. As you can guess, I an not a musical powerhouse, just trying to figure this thing out. Thanks. Frank
It's easier to read placed in the spaces. The spaces top to bottom GDAE, or bottom to top EADG. Yes, the '7' you refer to, is the 'D' note or 7th fret on the G string. In addition to the studio recording, there are 2 excellent live versions from that period circa '70 on you tube.
