What you want is either an Aria Pro II SB1000CB (for Cliff Burton) or one of the new SB-CB"s. I bought a SB1000JT from Ishibashi music in Japan about 2 years ago. It cost me $975 including shipping. Just email them a request for what you want and they will tell you how much it will cost. They are very reputable and do a great job. Here is their english website

You can also keep watching Ebay. Patience is your friend - I watched for six months before I found the J bass I wanted at the right price. they come and go all the time. Set up a search and have it email you when the search gets a hit.

Try 1986. Pick me up a pair of original Nike Air Jordan's while you're there...they sell for about $5000 on ebay now.

That is not the type of Aria Pro that the OP is looking for. He wants a very specific SB1000 which is hard to come by, although I'm sure he appreciated the help

if i'm not mistaken, check out thebassstation.com. i think they recently put a SB-1000 RI Reissue, and they've had the SB-CB for a while i believe. Hope it's what you're looking for.

didn't aria just come out with a cliff burton reissue.. i though i saw something in BPM,
they were running about 1400..if i'm correct..
