Dont know much about basses but this looked kinda interesting and maybe someone has more information, the neck through made me kinda curious

perhaps this would be an interesting project or just trash

Yup, to me its a Warwick based homemade, but with a proper cleaning it can be really good

Home made for sure. The headstock looks like a mitten or hoof perhaps. I'm guessing no patents were infringed upon.
