some are way too long and/or complicated. none of them really grab me, but I've always thought this about band names

    1) they should be easy to remember by patrons so they can find you on FB or the web. so no complicated words or odd spellings
    2) They shouldn't be obviously offensive
    3) A great name won't save a lousy band.
    4) A lousy name won't hold back a great band

As long as they defy gravity, whilst exhibiting perfect symmetry, I'm good... I wouldn't get them near any campfires, though...

Personally, I think Beast Man suits best. Short and memorable.

None of the above as they're all a bit of a stretch and less-than-memorable. Use something you read / see / hear everyday and bend it to meet your needs. I've got a million of 'em which could be used for any genre (country, rock, punk, jazz).

    I don't play well.
Is "Pet or Meat" a play on "Meat or Pets"?
  18. Lizard King or King Lizard. Leave out the Central VA part in case your act becomes famous and goes worldwide. Good luck in your endeavor to rock!
