Does anyone make a filter/synth pedal with distortion?

Not sure if it’s what you’re after but the EHX Riddle/Enigma is a great analog envelope filter with switchable distortion

The humble Boss OC-3 has a drive option.

Walrus audio kangra has a fuzz and filter with a switch for either envelope mode or static (plus can plug in an expression pedal to make it a wah)… both modes by themselves are a bit limited and “eh” but combined it’s the ultimate fuzz synth sweep without going c4 etc
