How does it feel in terms of balance when you balance it at the point where the neck meets the body? BTW? what kind of wood. It's a cool project.

Thanks for all the kind of words again. I've been meaning to get these pictures up for a while so here they are..



The neck wood is bubinga, the wings are walnut crotch with poplar accents (I thought this might dampen the tone frome the walnut a bit) and the fretboard is bocote.

Oh yeah... the balance is good and its very light but it still has a little neck dive. I think it may just be the gotoh tuners.
