Double neck bass/guitar; seen this one before?

OMG! Sorry if i'm late finding this one, but I never saw this vid of "Georgy Porgy" before with David Hungate and a double neck. So who made THIS one? Wasn't sure if I should put it in "Basses" or "Bassists"... your call.

OH! And FINALLY!, a vid that shows the bass player more than ONCE!!!!!!

It looks like some bandmates, needing a extra guitar part in a song but not wanting to have to deal with another guitarist, took the bassist's precision, cut off the upper horn, and took the upper half of a strat and glued/attached it together. Hense the control plate that seemingly covers the seam.
