Downtuning 5 string bass : Gb Bb Eb Ab Db

So, I got my bass back today, and so far I am very happy. The Warwick .175 seems to be a much better G than the .165 SIT i used to have. It feels nice and tight, but I have only been able to play with my headphones on, so I guess I'll have to wait for band practice to really reach a conclusion. Anyway, things are looking good :hyper:

I've been using the SIT .165 for my G#, and I've been OK with it, as a compromise. I certainly wouldn't want to even go down just that half step to G. Glad you like the .175, if I weren't getting a Knuckle Quake, I probably would have altered my bass and gone for the .195 as my G#.
