Double Bass Dragonetti Question

Can't find info, but any know if this is in solo tuning or not? and if its in solo tuning will it be written in orchestral tuning? Not sure how that works.

I happen to have this. It is written for solo tuning, meaning that the bass part is written in G but is intended to sound one whole step higher than written, in A major. The piano part is written in A major.
