That's always been my philosophy, but it seems like the quality of lower priced tools has really improved in recent years too. There's still a lot of trash out there (I'd never buy Grizzly!) but I have a couple of no-name polishers that were too cheap to believe. They are very well balanced and have now been in constant use for 4 years!
