drum beats?

    where can I find some beats to practice with? I dont have a drum machine or anything like that partially because of the cost :smug:

    Edit: I'm on a mac :/

    Damn^ I have a mac and can't read whatever odd zip file that program's in. Ideas?

    If you're on a Mac, do you have Garage Band? There are some decent drum loops you can practice with on there.

    Find a drummer.

    I record myself, I have more experience drumming than playing the bass, but i prefer the bass by a considerable margin. A drum machine will never suffice for a real drummer, there's no soul

    I downloaded a trial version of red devil groovebox, and though it was exactly what i was looking for, i really would like it to be free of charge;). Anybody know anything similar?
